This is useful for:\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eVehicles manufactured on and before 12\/1948 as they do not require a roadworthy certificate\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOwners that do not wish to complete webform and photo upload digitally and do not have access to a printer\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eAdditionally, We can also provide a \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003efull concierge service\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e for owners that would like to avoid picking up their plates from VicRoads.
